I am looking for an option to add custom fields to JIRA while raising bugs. Basically looking for an option to add the fields like : Phase injected, Phase found, Testing round, Resolution fix etc. Any leads would be appreciated.
You can’t add custom fields when you create issues. Rather you create the custom fields ahead of time and then the user can fill those fields in when creating issues. When using company managed projects you can even require certain fields to be required at creation
Welcome to the community! What types of projects are you using? If you are using company managed projects you would need to add them to your screens, though if they are shared screens you need to reach out to your admin.
If they are team projects you should be able o configure them yourself.
