Is there a way to set different Start Dates in Version Report?

We have one big project (Project X) that many different teams are working on.  Each team has their own scrum board that filters only stories/tasks that they are responsible for.  They are all working towards the same version (Version A), however, they didn't all start working on things for Version A at the same time.

Our problem is this:

The Version Report in JIRA Agile seems to take the Start Date from the start date for Version A.  Therefore, when looking at the Version Reports for each individual team, the Start Date appears to be the same.  But as I mentioned, some teams may have started full time in November 2014, but other teams may have only started recently in January 2015.  So if Version A has a Start Date of Nov 1, 2014, the Predicted Completion Date for teams that started in January is artificially later than it should be.

Is there a way to set different Start Dates for each scrum board?  If not, how are others handling this?

We have the very same issue. Currently we just take the date which fits best for all, which is rather difficult.
