Is there a way for me to attach an email (Gmail) to a Jira ticket?
I receive credential emails and would like to attach the email itself to a Jira ticket rather than copying and pasting the contents into a ticket comment.

you can put in place a "Comment mail handler" (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/) . In order to work, the object of your email should contain the ticket key where the email should be converted as comment.
