Is it possible to set up 2 columns of Done Status in jira board?

Hi Jira team,

We have 2 Columns of done status. They are called "Done" and "Deploy". So, is it possible to set up 2 columns of "Done" Status?

We want to separate column Done and Deploy from the rest as "Done"

Please advise,

Yes but keep in mind that only the right most will be factored in when you use the Release button assuming you use it at all. You can also place both statuses in the right most single column. When you drag an issue to that column then you will have two possible drop locations.
