Yes (if I am understanding your question).
What you're seeing is the StatusCategory (there are just those 3 - they match the color of the actual statuses), but you can add "STATUS" to the field sections to reflect the actual statuses.
It will not give you that nice status-bar, however.

I see. There's a difference between Status and Progress.

It doesn't answer my question. I would like to see the different statuses in percentages, like in the Progress (issue count) field.

It looks like it is not possible to change the statuses within the Progress hover state yet.

The nearest solution would be Chris Buzon's solution.
