Is it possible to have JIRA post to Slack when all items in an Iteration (Sprint) have been done

I've looked for a app or something to meet my companies needs but have not found anything or even it is possible.

With JIRA (Server), when my Development/QA teams complete all items in a Iteration (Sprint) either by setting them to done or Verified, I would like it to post a message to Slack saying Project has been completed/verified and to push to the Replication Nodes.

I can't find anyway to do this even with some of the Apps Slack has available for integration with JIRA.

Is this a case where I will probably need to code my own app and web-hook it in or is there something else out there that I'm probably missing?
