Hi, I want to archive some issues from my project in Jira. However, I still want to see the time logs of these issues in the TEMPO. Is it possible to do that? According to the documentation, the archived issues are not displayed in the search so I assume their time logs are also deleted.
Thanks for the help.
Magdalena
In JIRA, it is not possible to archive issues within a project. It is only possible to archive the whole project. When a project is archived, the worklogs are not deleted, but they are no longer visible in Tempo Reports.
As a workaround, you can use an issue security scheme. Set a security level on the closed issues so that only users that need to view the worklogs on these issues can see them. (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-issue-level-security-776636711.html)
Please note that on Cloud, you will need to add the Project Role "atlassian-addons-project-access" to all security levels as plugins have otherwise no access to the issue and can not show data related to it (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/328991338/Issue+Security+Level).
