Is it possible on Scrum board to see subtasks at plan?

Unfortunately no, you can only see stories in the plan mode as well as prioritise the stories. Check out this ticket which has been declared not fix by the developers: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-6825

I believe you can use the Epic feature to support the categorization of your stories and have a better sprint management towards the backlogs.

You can see differtent issue types in your backlog instead of stories, but you can indeed not see subtasks. You can see the subtasks in the issue detail on the right of your plan screen.

As the bug is already closed with Won'tFix please add a comment to it, asking Atlassian to review it. At leas they should address the raise problems with proper workarounds.
