Integration issue from Xmatter to JIRA

Hello Support Team, 

I am getting issues while doing integration from Xmatter to Jira. 

I have created the API Token, Oauth2 Configuration and Application link 

In Xmatter I am using Oauth2 authentication method in END point connection , I have given Base url and Access token url as https://jirabringsre1.atlassian.net
along with Client ID and client secret key and when I do connection test which will give the error as connection failed.

Please suggest me how to fix this issue? Is Xmatter is supported with Jira?
