We are considering purchasing the Jira Service Management cloud and currently we are evaluating it.
We have a Jira Software server which we intent to keep for our development team and move our support team on the Jira Service Management cloud.
We have seen some references that it would be possible to link the 2 instances together, more specifically, we would like to create an issue in the Jira Software instance when the development team help is needed.
I can see the application link in both instances and ensured that the cloud app is whitelisted in the server. However it's not clear what menus/options should be available after the integration. e.g we tried to check the automation runs in the Jira Service Management but we don't see any option to select a project from the linked server.
Is possible to setup the scenario we described above?
