Initiative problem type

Joaquín Moreno June 28, 2021

I am trying to create the initiatives as a hierarchy directly in Jira, following the instructions below, but I cannot find the menu indicated in step 2, being the global administrator

https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/configuring-initiatives-and-other-hierarchy-levels-802170489.html#:~:text=click%20or%20%3E%20Issues.-,Click%20Issue%20type%20schemes%20%3E%20find%20your%20project%20%3E%20click%20Edit.,create%20the%20new%20initiative%20level.

Configuring the initiative hierarchy level in a plan

  1. In Jira Software, create the initiative issue type, if it's not created yet.
To complete this step, you must be logged in as a user with the administrators global
  2. When the initiative issue type is already created, add the issue type to one of the projects that you're including in your plan.

To complete this step, you must be logged in as a user with the administrators global

Hola Joaquin,

You need to go to the "Issue types Schemes" and select the one where you want to add the new issue type.

From the Sys Configuration -> Issues -> Issue Types Schemes -> Choose the Project Scheme.

Regards.
