In the New JIRA view how do I rank my ticket to the top like I used to w the old view

In the old JIRA ticket view I can click on the 3 dots and find an option "rank to top" so I can make the ticket be at the top of my backlog.

In the new JIRA view I do not see this option nor can I see where to add it

The absence of that option is a known issue that you can vote on here:

As a work around, if you right click on an issue in the backlog, you can select the Top Of Backlog option from the context menu.
