In-person or online training for next gen Jira software

Pamela Peacock April 1, 2021

How can I find beginning to intermediate training for Jira next gen software (currently working in kanban mode).  Prefer in-person training in ATL, but not opposed to online training if it is formal, structured and "accredited" in some way.  thanks.

You can consider securing an Atlassian Partner in Atlanta area if you want face to face.

Hello @Pamela Peacock - it's great to see you want to learn the ways of Jira 🙂 The best place to start would be the Atlassian University that has a series of on-demand/virtual/and on-site courses you and members of your team can take.  I found a course "Get Going with Jira Next Gen Projects" which consists of 7 tutorials and 21 minutes.

While these tutorials may not be accredited and are more of an overview to get you started, there are several certifications and skill badges you can earn to that will validate your knowledge.

Hope this helps!
