In next gen projects how do you import from trello?

Hi - am trying to create a new project in next gen where i have an existing trello board, can i import the detail?

I understand that you are trying to import your Trello Board to a Next-gen project on JIRA, is that correct?

Unfortunately, this can not be accomplished directly, however, there are two ways you can do this:

The first one:

1 - Import Trello cards to a JIRA Classic project

2 - Move the issues to a Next-gen project

The second one: 

1 - Export the cards from Trello Using CSV export

2 - Import the CSV cards to a next-gen project on JIRA

If someone only has next-gen Jira access and don't have business class for Trello, all of this is impossible.

• You can only export in CSV if you have business class Trello
• You can only import JSON if you use classic Jira

Hello Brian,

Yes, you are correct.

In fact, you would need Administrator access to perform such operation, where you have access on both Classic and Next-gen projects.
