In Tempo, I have a user that cannot see a team's planning even though he is part of Team Managers

Hello,

In Tempo Planner, I have a user that cannot see a team's planning even though he is part of Team Managers (CP A8 below) and have all the necessary permissions:

Other users that have the same permissions can see the planning of this team.

Do you have any idea of why is this happening?

Can you please confirm that the user can access Tempo Planner and view his own plans (in [Tempo, Planning|https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/310542623/Viewing+and+Navigating+the+Resource+Planning+View+-+Tempo+Planner+for+Server]

In case he has no access to this view, can you please confirm that he has the [Tempo Planner Access permissionæ|https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-planner/permissions-in-tempo/global-permissions.html]. 

Can you please also confirm that the user has access to the Projects other users are planning time on ([Browse Projects permission in the JIRA project permissions|https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/managing-project-permissions-938847145.html].

In case the user has these permissions but can not view the plans of team members, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.

Yes, he has all the above permissions.

The thing is that if he goes in Tempo -> Planning, he doesn't see anything

But if he goes in Tempo -> Reports -> Planned Time Report, he sees the planned time of the team. 

So the problem is only with the Tempo -> Planning access.

Can you please create a ticket for us in our Tempo support so we can better investigate this problem? 
Information about the versions of JIRA and Tempo you are using can be helpful.

It might be useful to get screenshots of the Resource planning view and the Planned time report when this user sees it.
