In Jira Agile, can I create an additional level of hierarchy in issue types between epic and story?

I would like to add "Feature" as a level between Epic and Story in order to group  stories on my Company Backlog.

•Projects Define the scope and deliverables required by the business
•Epics define Projects (may span multiple releases)
Features define Epics (may span multiple sprints but within a single release)
•Stories define Features (completed within a single sprint)
•Tasks define Stories (should be completed within a day in most cases)
We are currently on Cloud but will be moving to Server version at some point.

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

Nope, it doesn't have that facility (although the heirarchy looks a bit work to me, with features looking a lot like themes, which most people enable by adding a second label field to JIRA, but that's just a vague memory from the course I went on quite a while ago)

When you move to Server, you might want to take a look at the Structure addon though, that adds lots of layers.
