In Edit a project's details not able to find Project lead option?

I am using Jira Data Center 8.21.Wanted to update the project lead and default assignee but in the project details not able to see both options.

Are you a Project Admin or a Jira Admin?

In the Summary of the Project Settings, the Roles should tell you who the Project Lead and Default Assignee are for this project.

Via Users and roles in the Project Settings, you can click on the Edit defaults button to change these values.

Thanks for your response,I am a Jira Admin as well as Project Admin.

I am unable to see Project Lead attribute which ideally should be visible on project details screen. Please support
