Is it possible to show ALL agents in a certain projects ALL notifications from tickets?

So if agent X is working on a certain ticket, is it possible to show ALL other agents notifications in Jira (the bell in the right corner) about that certain ticket?

This is especially useful when an agent is on a holliday and other agents have to pick up that ticket.

If you are looking to notify all agents all the time on a projects notification you can do this by updating the notification scheme. You could add the project role to the notifications you would like them to receive. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/

Is it also possible to setup it up that if for example 5 agents get the same notifications, one deletes notification for ticket X, this notification will also be deleted at the other agents?
