Importing fields from Product Discovery Ideas view into team-managed Jira Cloud Project

We are currently using Jira's Product Discovery project type to collect ideas and related notes for the Product and UX teams. Once ideas are funded, they get added to an epic in a team's Jira Cloud project.

We'd like to associate fields in the Jira Cloud project with fields in the Product Discovery board and pull the field values automatically to avoid having to duplicate work. 

Is there a way to do this?

Example:

In the Product Discovery project we have a field in the All-Ideas view called Product Tier. We have that same custom field in the development team's epic field list. We'd like Product/UX to add the Product Tier (1, 2, 3, or 4) in Product Discovery, and when they do, have it auto-populate into the Product Tier field in the dev team's epic.
