I've migrated one of my projects from BitBucket over to Jira Software which created a new project in Jira software. However now I need to move over some other issues from another bitbucket project (that is related) and want those issues to go into the same project that was just created in JIRA cloud.
I found the following two links that is support to do this. First link is how to export...
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-data-from-bitbucket-935384618.html
which then leads me here to import...
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-json/
As mentioned, the first link is how to export the data. This gives you a .zip file. In the .zip file are two XML files.
The second link tells you to import using JSON. However these two files are not JSON. They are XML. There's supposed to be a JSON file according to the first link called db-jira-cloud.json. This is stated in step 4 of that first link. But there is no JSON file.
Any suggestions?
