Hi,
I am using the Redmine importer plugin that comes with Jira Server version 8.1.0 to import tickets from Redmine version 4.0.3.
I have configured the issue link "hierarchy" as suggested in this post: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/importing-data-from-redmine-938847599.html
However, after I imported the EPICS and the associated Feature tickets, I found two issues:
- the linkage between EPICS and the "child issues" have been reversed and instead of linking it under "EPIC links", the EPIC ticket becomes the child of multiple Feature tickets, as a result, I cannot filter the tickets by EPIC in the "Backlog" view
- The name of the EPICS all appears as "Unlabelled-<EPIC ticket number>"
Any help would be appreciated.
