Import CSV under Kanban software simple project

Hi,

I'm trying to import data from CSV into Kanban software simple project, 

From some reason the Task / Subtask under issue type doesn't work for me and I need to Map them manually,

Further,

My subtask being created without a relation to Parent ( Task ).

Hi,

First of all thanks for quick replay, 

I didn't provide the Parent ID issue number because it's still doesn't exists ... 

I'm trying to migrate Asana project into Jira and relate between the Task and Sub-tasks together under my CSV file, Attaching screen shot...

At this way I managed to Import full project last time under Business Task Tracking template and it's work perfect.

Must admit that beside this feature that not working, I also pay attention that under Business Task Tracking template the issue type of Sub-Task is named "Sub-task" and under Software Kanban simple project it's call "Subtask"

Maybe this is the root cause ?

I was thinking to do it under two iterations,

First create the Tasks, Second the subtasks... 

Try to do what were written at :

But still the same result... 

The actual result is subtask without any parent relation :-(

Yes, when I read your first response, I was thinking it was best for two iterations. Create the story/issue first and then update your CSV to include the parent key. And then create the sub-tasks on the second pass.

I try this one but, still not working even due the log written it's relate the sub-task to task, 

But still under Jira there is no relation between the Import sub-task and the existing Jira task...

I found that under issue navigator advanced search it's appear like it relate to the parent ...

While checking same "Deposit amount" subtask I can see this ... 

And also can't see any child related to parent the task itself...

What is Strategic Roadmap? Is that a Roadmap Plan or an Issue? What do you see if you click on that?

The Strategic roadmap is the name

of project and click on it take me to the board itself,

That board of course show me just Task and the child related to them.

As mention before it’s seems like the task are already hooked to child’s when I’m searching an issues under issue advanced search but from some reason it’s hooked only there, at other places of the system it’s not hooked..
