Hi, I have stopped receiving JIRA email notifications since August 2020. Before that, I was able to receive all JIRA notifications on my email, there were no changes done to the settings at all.
I have also amended my Personal Settings as per the attached image. However I am still not receiving any email notifications.
I have also checked with my email administrator, I have the same configurations as all my other colleagues. My colleagues are able to receive the emails except for me. Therefore this is not an issue on our email server configurations.
Can anyone please help?
Did you check the notification scheme for the project in question? It may be that your were removed from a role or group used in the notification scheme.
Hello Jack, yes I did. I have checked the notification scheme of the projects. Nothing was changed and I was able to receive notifications before August 2020.

What about other projects? If you aren’t receiving any emails for any project while others can and you are in the same role/group as them then maybe the issue is outside of Jira. Have you check the junk mail or do you have any rules in your mail client that is stuffing them away somewhere? Can you check with IT to see if the emails are arriving at the mail server?

Hello Jack,
I have done the necessary checks before raising this question in the community. I have checked the other projects, i am a user, and it is the same setting as my other colleagues. They are receiving emails but I am not.
I have checked my junk mailbox and junk mail filter. I have not set up any rules and none of my settings have changed. Yes, I have also checked with IT, as mentioned, all my other colleagues are able to receive the email notifications except me.

If all other causes can be ruled out it is probably needed to raise a request with Atlassian Support. Sometimes bounces of a bunch of mails (this could occur when your mailserver was not available for a certain timeframe back in August 2020) lead to a blacklist of your account which can be released by support.
Please keep us informed what you found out.

Hi all, I am finally receiving my email notifications.
My address seemed to have the error:
"550: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local."
Therefore Atlassian placed a bounce on my email. They have removed the bounce and it's working fine now.
Thanks for all your advice.
