I need help for automation querry?

once i release any version then it should mark all the linked issues to close(status) if they are in done done (status).

Hi @Rohin sekar

You will want to create an automation rule as follows:

fixversionrule.png

This will take all tasks in the fix version that are in DONE and transition them to Completed (you will use Closed instead here) once the fix version is released.

Hope this helps!

Hi Thaks for your reply @Callum Carlile _Automation Consultants_  i tried the same but i am getting an error Capture2.PNG

@Rohin sekar In your rule, you have used the Linked Issues branch rather than the Issues in Fix Version branch, which is causing the error. I believe for the 'Version released' trigger you are needing, you will also need to use the Issues in Fix Version branch
