Scenario 1: Pulling test result data into Jira
There is an external PostGreSQL data that contains test results that we need to pull into Jira and use.
Each testing user story has the following fields in Jira
* Project # (Text field)
* Issue key (issue field)
* Fix Version (Fix Version)
The external data base also has the following columns
Test case ID
Test case Narrative
Pass/Fail
How would I return test results that match
* Project # (Text field)
* Issue key (issue field)
* Fix Version (Fix Version)
With the understanding that more than one test case can be associated with one story?
Describe in detail how to
* Establish connection to external database
* Create custom fields to contain the new data
* Build SQL/Groovy scripts to query the external DB and populate the custom fields
Scenario 2: Performance problems with Jira
We need to build monitoring and reporting on problems with the user response time in Jira
Describe in details the step to set up Grafana (or other tool) from scratch:
* What is the data that needs to be tracked over time
* Trigger alerts based upon thresholds
