I have created a team but cannot see them in the drop down menu of my plan

My drop down menu shows other teams that I have created, but not this new team.

Hi Tracy,

Good Day. Can you please try below steps

(1) Please ensure that the new Team you have created is updated as Shared Team. If not , please change it to Shared team as first step.

(2) Please try going to Teams >Create team > add existing shared team. Search your shared team from dropdown and click on "add shared team"

(3) Please also ensure to review changes and save your Plan once you complete above steps. 

Once above is done, please check if the new team is available in the dropdown under Filters now. Thanks
