I did payment for Jira license 12 days back and still it is not updated in the billing section. Nor the users updated.
I sent several mails to (firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com), but no reply.
Can anybody help me how to connect with Jira team to sort out this issue.
Please consider it as an urgent issue.
