I did payment for Jira license 12 days back and still it is not updated in the billing section

I did payment for Jira license 12 days back and still it is not updated in the billing section. Nor the users updated.

I sent several mails to (accountsreceivable@atlassian.com, remittance@atlassian.com, advocates@atlassian.com, presales@am.atlassian.com), but no reply.

Can anybody help me how to connect with Jira team to sort out this issue.

Please consider it as an urgent issue.
