I can not add my teammate

When I add teammate using people tab. I can send message.

And I can see people at the team page.

But the problem is that we can't see each other on Backlog, active sprint.

I need help.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

On a Jira Software project, the avatars will only appear on the top of the board (sprints), backlog and roadmap if there are tickets assigned to them.

Even if they don’t have any tickets assigned to them, they will be able to view a sprint, but their avatar will only appear once a ticket is assigned to them.

Please, assign one ticket to one of your teammates, refresh the page and you will see their avatar.
