I am looking to buy JSU plugin .

It is not showing an option for 50 users  while buying (showing only for 100 users) but showing in pricing details.

What should I do to buy for 50 users ?

 

We have less than 50 active users account .

Is plugin counting inactive  users account as well ?

Hello @Kiran Pansare ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!

It depends on how much license count your Jira has. If you have 50 Jira license you need to buy 50 license of JSU as well. If your Jira has 100 then you still need to buy 100 JSU license.

As licensing is taken care by Atlassian if you are cloud. Please reach out to Atlassian Billing Support for more info.

Hello @Kiran Pansare ,

You have to install the trail version of add-on on your Jira cloud and generate quote for that. You can raise billing support ticket to get more info on it.
