I Created a new board and them moved my tickets from an old board. However i can not see the tickets

I have tickets in old project board, i moved it to a new created board with a new work flow.

 

I can see them in the backlog of the new board but they do not show in the active sprint?

 

What am i doing wrong?

Elaine, make sure you have mapped all the statuses to the columns in the new board. The other thing is to make sure you have started your sprint.

I just found by removing the epic which was linked to the old board has resolved the issue. Thanks Elaine

The sprint is belong to Board and not to a Project so looks like an issue with sprint which is not opened.
