How will be the renewal of the plug-ins associated with the Jira server instance done when migrating

There are different plugins that are purchased and integrated with the Jira server instance. Different plugin have different renewal dates. For example, if one plugin has the renewal on March and if the migration is scheduled to be in May of same year, how is the renewal of plug-in to be done?

licensing for Server and Cloud is separate.
For Server you have licenses, Cloud is a subscription.

If or if not to extend licenses when a migration is coming up is something general that is here in Community even is seen from two sides.

In short: when not renewing a license you will forfeit the possibilities for upgrading the Apps and vendors will not offer support.
