How to update one custom.field based on other custom.fieldvalue

For example having custom field A with drop down 1'2'3 and then if we choose any one of this drop down in custom field A then same should be reflect in custom field B.

Is this possible using jira cloud automation?

Hello @Priya Eee ,

Yes, this is possible using Automation.

You can set a trigger that listens to When: Values changes for and then an action Then: Edit issue fields as below:-
