Hello @Harish Golla
I'm not sure that I understand your issue. I'll try to restate it. Let me know if this is correct.
You created a User Group in JIRA.
You added users to that group in JIRA.
You want you Active Directory system to be updated based on the information you created in JIRA.
Hello @Trudy Claspill ,
Thanks for the response.
That's right.
The User Group was created on Active Directory also.
But I have added Users to that group through Jira.
Now when I add the group to the User Directories to get the sync happen.
Test connection was successfull but User attributes while are not fetching the Users.
Showing errors in User Schema settings and Group Schema settings at attributes level.
Appreciate your help..
Regards,
Harish Golla

You are not seeing any attributes? No email/names too?
Do you see the groups themselves in Jira?

Hello Peter Bengov.
Yes I'm unable the see the User attributes after the connection is successful.
We can able to see the Group in Jira.
But the User's that are added from Jira will not be in Active Directory.
So, we added the New Group through our User Directories to get the sync happen.
Can you suggest me we need to change the values for User Schema and Group Schema Settings.
Regards,
Harish.
