Sir,
Let me know how to spool all open JIRA Tickets for a specific period.
As of now I am getting only 1000 Tickets, need more Tickets.
Warm Regards,
Sripad Ra B
What do you mean by "spool"? What would "spooling" look like for the end-user?

Hi Sripad - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You are probably still going to be hit with the 1,000 issue limit. But what are you actually trying to do with the result of the spool?

Tickets for the last 2 years, say from Apr-19, are bifurcated as Resolved, Bugs, To-do, Development.
I need to figure out how many are resolved and how many not from Apr-19.
As of now i am getting 1000 Tickets only from and dating backwards they start from Dec-20 end.
Spool means Download, Export,...

Then try using the free add-on for Excel. Once connected, you can open your filter results in Excel and see ALL of the issues. Jira Cloud For Excel (Official) in the Atlassian Marketplace.
