When I view an Epic and it's child issues, there is an option to order the child issues (see screenshot).
When I view an Initiative, I do not see this Order By menu. How do I order child issues on an Initiative?
This is actually a bit tricky - but you can do it, but I've only managed to do so by creating a Scrum/Kanban board that uses an ORDER BY RANK in the query. By doing that, you can drag/drop the tickets in a backlog, which will affect the tickets in other views as well. It's a bit of a roundabout approach because you're not directly able to do this in the tickets.
There are other threads around this topic, but I haven't found any that have a better solution. There is also apparently a feature request for this functionality in Epics, which could be what you need.
