I would like to set up email notifications to assess satisfaction upon ticket resolution.
I followed the procedure via the link :
When I resolve a ticket, I do not receive any evaluation email.
After checking, everything is correctly set up on my side.
Do you know what happen ?

Are you using Jira software or Jira service management? The article that you refer to is associated with Jira service management which provides for the customer satisfaction email. There really isn't a good solution for Jira software OOTB. You could check the marketplace.
