Hi everyone,
I have a problem - I'd like to give an access for an external client to a Jira board.
Project I'd like to share have 2 Jira boards - one general, for all devs, QA etc (where I do not want to give the access to the external user) and second board - made especially for this user containing only issues with certain label.
Is there a way of granting access only to this one board or as in permission settings - user will have access to both? Is there a way to restrict it somehow?
Hi @Arkadiusz Niewiadomski , while you can control who sees a board via the Board settings (in Classic projects at least) if you give this user browse access then, while they may not see the board they can certainly navigate to the search page and find any issues within the project. The only exception is if you employee issue level security.
