There are some JIRA tickets which were deleted by SOMEONE. We don't know who and why anyone has deleted those tickets.
Q1: Is there any way to restore deleted JIRA tickets?
Q2: IF NOT, then is there any way I can find some logs which give me information about who has deleted the tickets? When they got deleted? and some other related information...
The only way to restore deleted issues is to do a full restore from backups. You could potentially do this on a non-production server so you don't wipe out your production.
Best thing to do would be to revoke delete privileges from everyone going forward.
