How to reset Addon to Factory

Good day,

 

I am busy installing and configuring the ZenDesk Add on. Somewhere I made the addon die and want to re-install and reset to factory.

It seems somewhere there is persistant configuration for this addon. I would like to reset it back to factory.

The add-on does not have a reset, so I'm afraid you are stuck.

I'd read the logs to find out what is going wrong there, and if it's not really obvious from them, contact the vendor for support.
