How to report time consumption of a project by states in Jira Software?

Billy Retamal September 25, 2017

Hello,

I need to display a list or a graph showing which states have consumed the most time for a task (which is treated as a project) during its cycle in a workflow.

II found pluggins that could eventually be useful, but they are available in "Server" version, but I do not understand what it refers to. In the company we do not use a version server, instead, we connect to the Jira through the portal company.atlassian.net, which I imagine is the "Cloud" version of Jira.

Thanks in advance.

There are 3, really two, plugins available in JIRA Extension Page which might be able to fulfill the requirement:

  • JIRA Charts can report Average Time in Status
  • The JIRA Suite Utilities has a Transitions Summary Tab Panel.
  • The Time in Status plugin (Will not work for you since you are cloud hosted)

This is the what we do: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-use-average-time-in-status-gadget-776998092.html
