I migrated from old Jira Server to Jira Cloud. I noticed that there are issues with some old worklogs while synchronizing into external database.
I checked with oldIssueView parameter mycompany.jira.net/browse/CR-1?oldIssueView=true that some of the worklogs are restricted and that's probably the reason they cannot be synched.
With the old view there's no edit button, even if I add myself to this Jira_Internal_All group. I also added Edit All Worklogs and Edit All Comments permissions without success. I'm site-admin of the Jira.
If I try to edit the worklog in the new view, there's error:
We couldn't save your edit
Check your connection, then give it another try
Does somebody know how to remove those restrictions?
