I am hoping for some advice on how to bypass this issue.
We are not receiving email notifications anymore (i.e when a new JIRA ticket is created and assigned to a user, the user does not receive an email etc.), since we changed our outgoing mail server email address to have 2-factor authentication.
Is there a way to resolve this without removing the 2-factor authentication?
