I'm trying to open a support request, but on the form, it requires a public URL for our Jira install. But we are no migrated to cloud yet, and or Jira install is internal to our network.
I am logged in when trying this, and I see/select our correct license in the drop down for the product field. So it should be 'known' at that stage that I may not have an external URL.
Maybe I'm on the wrong screen or something. Any ideas for a solution?
