How to query for empty SLA

Jira Server v7.0.10

I have an SLA set up, TTFR, that should be set for 100% of tickets.

Sometimes, they don't show up, aroudn 1% of the time. I cannot figure out how to have a JQL query to find JUST those.

Any sort of JQL that involves that field will drop the empty results.

TTFR is EMPTY doesnt work

my workaround currenty is to search for all, and sort by TTFR, then they show up at the top in descending order.

tl;dr looking for a JQL to return a SLA that is empty/null

Hi Marty,

There is a currently a Suggestion for this issue that you can find at JSDSERVER-4650.  In addition, there was a discussion about this in the Community that you can find in the post Find issues with specific SLA field being empty.

Please vote on JSDSERVER-4650 and add any relevant comments for our developers so they can better understand your use case.

Cheers,
