How to put all the fields of an incident type in the details of the incidents?

Hello

I have some custom fields that I created but they don't appear in the detail of the incident. Does anyone know how I can locate them here?

Hi @dhernandezs 

If I understand correctly your question, you have to add these fields to the corresponding screen of your incident issue type. To do that"

  • Go to your project > project settings
  • Issues > Screens
  • Locate your issue type(s) and click the > next to screen scheme name to expand
    edit screens.png
  • Open in a new window the "view issue" screen and add all necessary fields
  • Do the same on the edit issue screen, IF you want your users to edit them
  • Go to back to project settings > issues > layout
  • Locate your issue type(s) > Edit Issue Layout
  • Rearrange the fields to your liking
