How to populate text field by using another field value in jira cloud using script runner Edited

Thanks in advance.

Text field to be populate when i select the checkbox field with script runner. As i know behaviors not present in cloud script runner. Any one help me, how to achieve this.

Have you considered using the built-in automation rules instead to make this change for the text field?  Here is a documentation link if you want to consider it:

Are you noting that you were not aware of the automation functions, or that you cannot find them?

For a Classic Project, you may find automation rules with:

• Project Settings > Automation

For a NextGen project, you may find them with:

• Select the lightning bolt icon (automation) > Manage Automation Rules
