How to input internal comment in JIRA Mobile Cloud

Our Self-hosted Server: JIRA Software 7.4.2

Add-On: MOBILITY FOR JIRA (latest Version)

Mobile App: Mobility für JIRA - Team (latest Version)

Problem:

When Uploading a Video to a Topic on iPhone7 (iOS 11.2.2), after "Compressing" the App closes without Notification. Same Server/Topic/Video on iPhone 6s works fine.

Question:

Is the other App (Non-Team, with Payment 3.95) more safe with Uploads? Or more newer? Or more recommended?

Hi,

There is some confusion here between your title and the content.  Jira Mobile Cloud is the application created by Atlassian, but this is only for Jira Cloud instances at this time.

The Mobility for Jira is an add-on for Jira Server.  As such the support of this add-on actually falls to the vendor of that plugin  MobilityStream.  I have tagged this issue with the appropriate community tags for that collection, however I'm not sure you will receive a response that will be helpful here.
