I am a Site Admin for both my organisations Jira Cloud instances, but cannot seem to access the 'Site Access' pages atm.
I can see the link from within the 'User Management' admin page, but when I click it advises it's been moved to organisation level, and has a link for the help pages. The help pages advise to go to 'admin.atlassian.com', from there I can select the instance I need, but then it circles back round to the main admin page, where when I click on 'Site Access', we start the loop again.
All sorted now - raised a ticket with Jira, and they came back quickly. Apparently although I was a site admin, I wasn't an organisation admin. Now got these permissions added, and can view the required settings.
