How to get a full data back-up from JIRA cloud?

Hey all,

We need to take a full data back-up from JIRA cloud including all projects, thier configs and project issues. How can we do this?

Hi @Hansika Wijenayake 

Go to Setting | System | Backup manager (Under IMPORT AND EXPORT)

Then you can create a backup for either cloud or server.

With that option, can we export projects also together with their configs?

Yes it will have configurations as well.
