How to extract data from Track&Release tool through rest API

Hi,

I need to extract the Defect related data through rest API or programmitacally from Track&Release tool which is the product of Atlassian.

Need to apply some filter like Project = "abc" and Problem type = "defect" and issuetype = "problem" before extracting.

I need to get the count of all the defects which are in Open, Closed, Analyzed and other status respectively.

Please provide your valuable suggestions on this issue.
